Welcome to Amber's blog I will be telling you
about the topic we have been up to.

 English

A couple of days ago we watched a mysterious alma video .We had to set the sence of the beginning , Some of the work we did were very interesting and full of  wonder. The second part  we did is watch the whole video and describe how Alma  is feeling .Most of the children in class 10 thought the video was eye caching and very creepy.

Art

In art we have been trying all sorts of different textures and seeing witch one we like best .These textures were based on French artists and then we copied how they draw/paint there art but we made our own pictures. It was a fun experience and every body enjoyed painting and drawing this has been one of the best art lessons ever we had learnt so much. 

 

Maths

In maths we have been learning about, decimals fractions and percentages. At first nearly every child didn't understand what to do, so our teacher came along and taught us how to do. It was really easy once we got the hang of it we learnt how to turn percentages into fractions. We have also been learning about long multiplication, long division,collum addition and collum subtraction.

Science

In science we have also been learning about the moon and different planets. We had so much fun because we got into partners and then we made a poster about everything we know. We watched a video before this of how the moon changes its shape, and how slow/fast can the moon, sun and earth turn. It was really fun designing our posters with information and diagrams it might of took a long time but we got there in the end. Someday the younger children in the years beneath us would probably read it and become experts at science themselves.
